Regent Seven Seas Voyager Bangkok to Dubai Day 15 - Sea Day Points Opportunities
This is our last sea day for this stretch, so that meant maximizing our opportunities to rack up more Regent points.

Our total so far - we get to cash these in for Regent swag at the end of the cruise |
This morning, we snagged some points for playing shuffleboard. This afternoon, we got to try axe throwing. OK, the axes were plastic and the target was made of plastic sticks, but it was still fun and different.
A little later, they had a darts competition, using the same target and with darts with plastic spikes.

It is the same group of 20 or so guests who participate in these games, and we all have fun doing them |
We got in some reading time on the balcony, enjoying the sea day. Regent does a nice job with their accommodations. We have fresh fruit in the room.

It is typically grapes, an orange, an apple, and a banana |

We also have a beautiful orchid in our room |
We hit trivia this afternoon. It was another tough day, and for the second day, we finished one answer out of the points. Dang. Our failures:
- A deltiologist collects these
- We guessed dolls - it was postcards
- What fruit from an evergreen tree is edible?
- We guessed pine nuts - it turns out that olive trees are evergreen, so it was olives
- Who conspired to blow up the British Parliament in the 16th century?
- We didn't know - it was Guy Fawkes
- The Roman God, Pax, was the god of what?
- We guessed mischief - it was peace
Tonight, we enjoyed dinner at Prime 7 for the second time. This time, we shared a table with three others. The conversation was nice and the food was good, but the dinner was slow, taking more than two hours. We prefer a faster pace for meals.
We returned to the room for the evening. We have an early morning tomorrow. We do gain some sleep time as we shift to Sri Lanka time overnight tonight, shifting back thirty minutes. This is an odd part of the world where time zones don't stick to the hour like nearly everywhere else. So tomorrow, and for the next several days, we'll be at UTC + 5:30 or 9.5 hours ahead of the U.S. East Coast.
